This policy covers the Mortgage Eligibility app for Android and iOS (“the App”), provided by Aun Isa (“we”).

The figures you type into the calculator (income, liabilities, rates, property values, advisor details) and the PDF reports you create are stored only on your device.

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for marketing.

2Who processes it

Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore) stores account data and runs sign-in. See Firebase privacy.
Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple, if you choose them.
Google Play and the App Store handle subscription payments under their own privacy policies.

These providers may store data on servers outside your country, protected with industry-standard security including encryption in transit.

3How long we keep it

Account and subscription data: until you delete your account.
Contact messages: up to 24 months, to follow up on support questions. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Data on your phone: until you delete it, sign out or uninstall the App.

4Deleting your account

In the app

Open the menu, or the subscription screen, and tap Delete account. Your account and profile are deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email us from your account's email address. We delete your account and related data within 30 days and confirm by email.

Email a deletion request

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions) or in your Apple ID settings (Subscriptions), so you are not charged again.

5Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or ask us to stop using it. Email us and we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the data-protection authority where you live.

6Children, security and changes

Children. The App is a professional tool for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect children's data.

Security. Data travels over encrypted connections, and each user can reach only their own account data. Premium access is checked with Google Play or Apple.

Results. All figures are illustrative estimates, not a mortgage offer. Your bank decides final eligibility and terms.

Changes. If this policy changes, we update the date at the top and announce important changes in the App.

تنطبق هذه السياسة على تطبيق أهلية التمويل العقاري (Mortgage Eligibility) على Android وiOS («التطبيق»)، الذي يقدّمه Aun Isa («نحن»).

الأرقام التي تُدخلها في الحاسبة (الدخل والالتزامات وأسعار الفائدة وقيم العقارات وبيانات المستشار) وتقارير PDF التي تنشئها تُحفظ على جهازك فقط.

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجرها، ولا نستخدمها للتسويق.

2من يعالجها

Google Firebase (Authentication وCloud Firestore) لحفظ بيانات الحساب وتسجيل الدخول. راجع خصوصية Firebase.
تسجيل الدخول عبر Google وتسجيل الدخول عبر Apple إذا اخترتهما.
Google Play وApp Store لمعالجة مدفوعات الاشتراك وفق سياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بهما.

قد يحفظ هؤلاء المزودون البيانات على خوادم خارج بلدك، وتحميها معايير أمان معتمدة منها التشفير أثناء النقل.

3مدة الاحتفاظ بها

بيانات الحساب والاشتراك: حتى تحذف حسابك.
رسائل التواصل: حتى 24 شهرًا لمتابعة استفسارات الدعم، ويمكنك طلب حذفها قبل ذلك.
البيانات على هاتفك: حتى تحذفها أو تسجّل الخروج أو تزيل التطبيق.

4حذف حسابك

من داخل التطبيق

افتح القائمة أو شاشة الاشتراك واضغط حذف الحساب. يُحذف حسابك وملفك فورًا.

دون التطبيق

راسلنا من البريد المسجّل في حسابك، وسنحذف حسابك وبياناته خلال 30 يومًا ونؤكد لك بالبريد.

أرسل طلب الحذف بالبريد

حذف الحساب لا يلغي الاشتراك. ألغِه من Google Play (المدفوعات والاشتراكات) أو من إعدادات Apple ID (الاشتراكات) حتى لا يتم الخصم منك مجددًا.

5حقوقك

يمكنك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك الشخصية أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو إيقاف استخدامها. راسلنا وسنرد خلال 30 يومًا، ويمكنك أيضًا تقديم شكوى إلى الجهة المختصة بحماية البيانات في بلدك.

6الأطفال والأمان والتعديلات

الأطفال. التطبيق أداة مهنية للبالغين وغير موجّه لمن هم دون 18 عامًا، ولا نجمع بيانات الأطفال عن علم.

الأمان. تُنقل البيانات عبر اتصالات مشفّرة، ولا يصل أي مستخدم إلا إلى بيانات حسابه. يتم التحقق من الاشتراك عبر Google Play أو Apple.

النتائج. جميع الأرقام تقديرات توضيحية وليست عرض تمويل، ويحدد البنك الأهلية والشروط النهائية.

التعديلات. إذا تغيّرت هذه السياسة نحدّث التاريخ في الأعلى، ونعلن التعديلات المهمة داخل التطبيق.
